Through this collaboration, Tennessee Legend will work alongside Syzygy Forge to craft new small batch whiskey releases that unite authentic Tennessee spirits with high end design, storytelling, and collectible presentation.
Syzygy Forge produces the world’s only officially licensed collectible spirits from the world of The Lord of the Rings films, bringing literary fantasy into the world of fine whiskey through meticulously designed bottles, packaging, and immersive collector experiences. This partnership with Tennessee Legend marks a significant expansion of that product line, enabling larger scale production and newer expressions.

Syzygy Forge Announces Dedicated Collectible Line in Collaboration with Legendary Tolkien Artist John Howe

Syzygy Forge is pleased to announce a focused collaboration with world-renowned Tolkien artist John Howe, developing a collectible line inspired exclusively by Howe’s celebrated illustrations and conceptual work spanning The Hobbit™ and The Lord of the Rings™ literary legendarium.
This initiative expands upon Syzygy Forge’s recently announced licensing partnership with Middle-earth Enterprises™, further enriching its future portfolio of high-end statues, weapons, and display pieces. Howe’s artwork has profoundly shaped the visual identity of Middle-earth for more than three decades, leaving an indelible mark on both the page and screen.
The new line will translate Howe’s detailed compositions into premium sculptural forms, honoring his interpretive approach to Tolkien’s texts. Each piece will undergo meticulous prototyping and will be hand-finished to preserve the linework, silhouette, and atmospheric presence that have made Howe’s illustrations iconic.
